What is Relaxia?
Relaxia is a gentle companion app with breathing exercises, sleep stories, calming games, journaling and more for everyday moments of stress or overwhelm.
Is Relaxia free to download?
Yes. Relaxia is free to download and use, on Android and on iPhone. Premium is optional and removes ads and unlocks all Premium content.
Is Relaxia available on iPhone?
Yes. Relaxia is available on the iOS App Store as well as Google Play. On iPhone, Premium is subscribed to and managed through the App Store; Premium for Android is sold here on this website.
Why do I subscribe on this website and not in the app?
Premium for Android is sold only through this website. The Android app does not contain any purchases — you subscribe here and then activate Premium in the app with your email.
How do I activate Premium in the app?
After paying, open Relaxia, go to Profile, enter the same email address you used at checkout and tap “Activate Premium”. The app checks that email for an active subscription.
Do I need to create an account?
No. There is no website account or password. Your Premium subscription is linked to the email you enter at checkout.
What if I typed the wrong email?
Contact support with your Paddle receipt and the correct email, and we will help you move your subscription.
Who processes my payment?
Payments are processed securely by Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Your card details go directly to Paddle — we never see or store them. Your receipt will come from Paddle.
What plans are available?
Monthly $7.99, 3 Months $17.99 and Yearly $49.99 (US dollars). Taxes may be added depending on where you live.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel anytime using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by contacting support. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for.
What happens when my subscription ends?
Premium locks again and ads return. Everything free in the app keeps working.
Will you send me marketing emails?
Only if you tick the optional box at checkout. Receipts and essential subscription messages are sent regardless. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.
Is Relaxia a medical service?
No. Relaxia offers comfort and relaxation tools, not diagnosis, treatment, therapy or emergency care. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services.
